Seller warrants to the original purchaser the goods / wares and or merchandise manufactured by Seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use and service. Sellers obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair and adjustment of any part or parts which may thus prove defective under normal and proper use and service within one year from date of purchase by the original purchaser, and which sellers examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to be thus defective. Any repairs and or adjustments made pursuant to this warranty shall be made at the sellers factory in Graham, Texas.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and of all other obligations or liabilities on Seller's part, and Seller neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it and other liability in connection with the sale of goods, wares and /or merchandise THis warranty shall not apply to any goods, wares and / or merchandise which have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse. Seller makes no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts not supplied by seller. The term "original purchaser", as used in this warranty, shall be deemed to mean that party who is referred to as Buyer in the account agreement between buyer and seller.
